Meet Georgia Radman
Georgia practices exclusively in Family Law, and her experience encompasses a range of matters, including:
High-conflict parenting disputes, interstate and international relocations;
Complex property matters, involving Australian and overseas companies and trusts;
Binding Child Support Agreements and Financial Agreements; and
Family violence intervention order proceedings.
Prior to joining Hargreaves Family Lawyers in mid-2022, Georgia worked in a prominent national multidisciplinary mid-tier firm. She has previously volunteered at St Kilda Legal Service and also has experience in estate litigation, including guardianship proceedings.
Georgia adopts a pro-active approach and focusses on making empathetic client connections and empowering her clients through their family law journey. Georgia’s calm, but direct, communication style allows her to provide practical advice to assist her clients to resolve their disputes quickly and commercially by negotiation, or, if necessary, through litigation.
Georgia has gained industry-wide recognition for her competency in family law and was named a Finalist in the Family Law category of the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards in 2020.
