Meet Emily Kroger
Emily graduated from Monash University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts (Politics)/Master of Laws (Juris Doctor). Emily has been with the firm since its inception and was admitted to practice in 2019. Emily was drawn to family law after volunteering at the Monash Law Clinic during university and has over 5 years experience in the industry.
Emily has a resolution focussed approach and strives to achieve practical and efficient outcomes for clients. She has experience in all aspects of family law including providing advice in relation to parenting arrangements, property matters and financial agreements whether by way of negotiation, or where necessary, litigation. The wellbeing and peace of mind of her clients are her central focus as she endeavours to carefully guide them through the process ensuring clear and concise advice is provided at each stage.
