Meet Georgia Miller
Georgia Miller joined Hargreaves Family Lawyers in 2021 after practicing exclusively in the family law jurisdiction, initially as a Judge’s Associate in both the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court and then in a prominent mid-tier law firm in Melbourne.
Georgia’s experience has provided her with familiarity with the judicial system and court procedures and enables her to provide practical advice to clients who are considering embarking upon litigation in the Family Law Courts.
Georgia has experience in all aspects of family law and deals with property settlement and parenting matters as well as financial agreements and child support matters. She encourages resolution through negotiation and appreciates the advantages to clients in achieving agreed outcomes. Georgia guides her clients through resolution including via private Mediation and, when it is necessary, she acts for clients who are litigating in the Family Law Courts.
It is Georgia’s focus on providing practical legal advice that empowers her clients to make informed decisions about the structure and resolution of their family law matters.
Georgia became an Accredited Family Law Specialist in 2023.
