Rachel Peattie

Rachel has practised exclusively in family law since her admission in 2006. Rachel became an Accredited Family Law Specialist in 2011.

Rachel has experience in a broad range of family law matters including high net worth property matters, Financial Agreements, complex parenting matters and intervention orders.

The positive impact she can have on other people's lives, during what can often be a very stressful and emotional time, is what motivates Rachel. Rachel works carefully to balance supporting her clients, whilst at the same time acting strategically to help secure the best outcomes for them. 

Rachel has a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce from the University of Tasmania. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
